Hi Grant: thank you for your newsletter and I always value your comments.
The one thing I wanted to say you touched on - we agree definitely on this - that the premier should not impose himself into the heath news. Dr. Hinshaw does an amazing job and she's repeatedly had to say lately "as the premier said" "as previously stated." It is my opinion that he is a bit put out by her rise to stardom, so to speak, and has inserted himself into the picture as a reminder that HE is the leader. Well, you know where my comment might go from here... Take care and stay well. Linda

Thanks Linda. I thought of that too. Hinshaw has been the star of the show. Strange to see a Premier ride on her coattails, so to speak. It does make it easier for the news media because they get everyone at the same time, however, as you pointed out, now Dr. Hinshaw has to repeat what Kenney said because he gave the numbers off the top. We see politicians in the US become of the face of many of these situations, such as a disaster or mass shooting. I hope it isn't happening here.
